Things Aren't Always as They Appear.

In conclusion, I would just like to say that while photographs are a good way to remember things, they aren’t the only thing we should rely on. Images that we once may have thought of as haunting – such as old photographs of people, may not be as they appear. Without some sort of backstory, people interpret photos however they wish, even if it isn’t how it’s meant to be interpreted. It’s important to remember this whenever we see photos – photos of ghosts or haunted buildings might just be edited versions of a regular, average photo, and things that are present in photos might not have even belonged there. The very idea that our memories might be skewed due to photographs being edited is haunting in and of itself, but unfortunately, it's a reality we must face in today's world.
